We are pleased to announce our first commission via the G-Cloud platform has been signed this week.

The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) will be using Programme Insight Manager to manage the North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP) – a new sustainable waste management hub at Edmonton EcoPark, North London.

The existing Energy from Waste (EfW) facility at Edmonton EcoPark is almost 50 years old and is being replaced to ensure the continued effective and sustainable disposal of waste for north London’s 2 million residents.  The NLHPP is investing in major flagship recycling facilities with capacity to manage 135,000 tonnes of recyclable waste every year, part of NLWA’s drive to achieve 50% household waste recycling. For the first time ever, residents and businesses will be able to bring their waste direct to the EcoPark for recycling. The Project will also deliver a new world-class Energy Recovery Facility, turning non-recyclable waste into a useful resource in the form of low-carbon heat and power for up to 127,000 homes, and diverting waste from damaging landfill sites.

With the importance of environmental considerations today we are proud to be a part of this hugely important project, Programme Insight Manager (PIM) will allow the project team to effectively host and manage their construction resources, schedules, costs and risks within one platform, increasing communication between stakeholders for the duration of the project.
