We’ve introduced Asset Insight Manager (AIM) in a previous blog but we have now put all the information about this amazing system into a video.

Just to summarise AIM is a software system which uses unobtrusive sensor fitted to assets, for example data cabinets or air handling units which are business critical and expensive to replace and carries out condition, environmental, lifecycle and compliance monitoring.

The data is fed into the system in real time so issues can be dealt with before breakdown and replacement assets can be considered in future budgets.

The sensors have also been adapted to carry out automated compliance testing on items such as tap temperature testing for legionella and emergency lighting tests, saving businesses much time and money on these compulsory tests.
