The European Union’s new data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on May 25th 2018.

As an ISO 27001 certified company it is embedded into the culture of Asset Handling to respect the rights and privacy of our customers and we are committed to compliance when the regulations come into effect.

We hold some personal data on our customers in order to provide the services requested, we only use this data to provide the service and closely related purposes such as service support. We do not share your personal data with other organisations, we have processes to ensure its security and your personal data is not retained once you cease to use the services.

In line with the right to be informed clause of the regulations, we are updating our privacy notice to inform you of your increased rights under the new regulations.
